IMPORTANT: If you are reporting a damaged item or a missing product, you must use this dedicated channel to comply with our Rigorous Shipping Policy.
Step 1: Do not remove the Cyan Security Seal.
Step 2: Ensure you have your Mandatory Unboxing Video ready.
Step 3: Email [email protected] with the subject line: "CLAIM: [Order Number]".
Your email must include:
- A clear attachment of the Unboxing Video (or a Google Drive link if the file is large).
- High-resolution photos of the outer packaging and the security seal.
- A description of the issue.
Please note: Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video or with a broken security seal will be automatically disqualified from the return/refund process.
