  • Proof of Damage: To qualify for any replacement or refund due to transit damage or missing items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the parcel from its sealed state (including the shipping label) through the entire opening process.
  • Security Seals: Our jewelry is fitted with a specialized security seal. Once this seal is cut, tampered with, or removed, the item is considered “Final Sale” and is non-returnable.
  • Weight Verification: Every order is weighed before dispatch. We compare dispatch weights with courier logs to resolve any “missing item” claims.

5. Social Media & Defamation Policy

  • Truth in Information: Any individual or entity disseminating false, malicious, or defamatory information about Zevirah on social media or public forums will be subject to legal action.
  • Legal Costs: Any party found responsible for spreading misinformation that causes reputational or financial loss to the brand will be liable for all compensatory damages and court fees.

6. Payments & Transactions

  • We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

     

  • Unauthorized use of credit/debit cards or any fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, as 925 Sterling Silver is a precious metal and our 5A Signity crystals are high-refractive stones, the actual product may vary slightly from the images on your screen due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Handcrafted items may have minor variations that are a testament to their unique artisan nature.
