Zevirah 2-Year Warranty
Every Zevirah piece comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects.
What is covered
- Stone loss caused by a failed setting or prong.
- Breakage caused by a making fault, such as a broken post, clasp, solder joint, or a chain link that fails under normal wear.
- Plating that peels or flakes because of a defect.
What is not covered
- Accidents, bending, crushing, or a piece pulled or caught on clothes, hair or a bag.
- Damage while sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising or doing heavy work.
- Damage from perfume, chemicals, cleaning products or salt water.
- Repair, resizing or changes by anyone other than Zevirah.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents and tarnish.
- Chipped or cracked crystals caused by a knock.
- Loss or theft of the piece.
- Rose gold plating. It is a final finish and is not covered.
How to make a claim
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- We will review your claim and, if it is covered, repair or replace the piece.
