1. When will I receive my order?
Orders take 3 to 5 business days to process before they ship. Shipping transit times will then vary depending on your location and the product type. As soon as your package is on its way, we will email you a tracking link.
2. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination and the chosen delivery method (e.g., standard or express).
3. Are there any delays I should be aware of?
Certain items may take longer to ship:
- Personalized items: Products that are engraved or require adjustments may take an additional 3-5 business days.
- Limited stock items: Orders for items with limited availability may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- Items with special certification: Some products may require special certificates, which could add up to 10 working days to the delivery time.
4. Where can you deliver?
We can ship to residential or business addresses where an adult can sign for the package. For security reasons, we do not ship to :
- Hotels
- PO boxes
- Military addresses
- Certain restricted territories
5. How are orders packaged?
All Zevirah orders are discreetly packaged to ensure the safety and privacy of your purchase. The item will be placed inside a secure box.
6. Can I pick up my order in person?
We offer an online pickup option where you can have your order shipped to a designated Zevirah boutique for in-store collection. To pick up your order, you must present a valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation email.

- Domestic Orders (India): All domestic orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery) and/or Speed Post only.
- International Orders: For our global clientele, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and/or International Speed Post only.
2. Dispatch & Timeline
Processing & Dispatch: We ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation, unless a specific delivery date is noted at checkout.
- Our Guarantee: We promise to pass your package over to our trusted courier partners securely within this standard window.
3. Delivery Terms & Liability
- Courier Norms: Delivery of the shipment is strictly subject to the norms of the Courier Company or Post Office.
- Liability Disclaimer: While we ship everything on time, we cannot control unexpected delays caused by courier services or customs clearances.
- Address Accuracy: We ship directly to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details, as Zevirah cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Email Notification: Confirmation of your shipment and delivery status will be sent to the Email ID provided during your registration or guest checkout.
- Handover Verification: Our responsibility concludes upon handing over the verified, weighted, and sealed consignment to the designated shipping partner.
